Informal meeting of the Foreign Ministers, 4 p.m.1

1. In the set of minutes for the meetings of the Foreign Ministers the morning meeting on July 23 is called the Sixth Session and the morning meeting on July 24, the Seventh Session. It was agreed on the morning of July 23 (ante, p. 275) to hold an “informal” meeting in the afternoon.
