Mr. Secretary: I have the honor of sending you herewith ten copies of a map of the Dominican Republic recently published by order of my Government, showing the line adopted by the Government of the [Page 470] United States on September 24, 1912, as the provisional frontier between the Dominican Republic and Haiti pending final arbitral determination of the dividing line.
