Panama, September 17, 1913.

The Government of Panama has today revoked exequatur of Ow Yang King, Chinese Consul General, on the ground of encouraging Chinese not to comply with Law 50 and thus becoming persona non grata to the Government. Period of registration expired September 15 without the Chinese having complied with the law but also without coercive measures as yet on the part of the Government.
