Department’s November 10, 2 p.m.¹ President of Guatemala stated that the Guatemalan Minister to Mexico has already been instructed to follow the course of the American Chargé d’Affaires and that he would be again instructed to act in harmony with the plans of the President of the United States in this crisis.
