At the Teheran Conference you and the Prime Minister agreed that the Italian ships requested by the Soviets should be delivered on one February.2 Request that I be informed of the action taken to carry out this commitment as I shall undoubtedly be queried by Molotov at a meeting with him scheduled for Friday or Saturday3 to discuss unfinished business of Teheran.
