The Bohlen minutes list the meeting as having begun at 3 p.m. According to the Log, ante, p. 464, the meeting began at 3:15 p.m. According to Forrest Davis (“What Really Happened at Teheran,” Saturday Evening Post, vol. 216, May 13 and May 20, 1944), Roosevelt discussed with Stalin at Tehran two additional subjects besides those covered in the official record as given here, namely, the structure of the federal system in the United States and the “good neighbor” policy of the United States toward Latin America.
