I am in receipt of your telegrams transmitted to me by General Hearn on October 28th2 and 29th3 and November 1st.4 I am delighted to accept the suggestions contained in your last telegram and am looking forward to meeting you and Mr. Churchill. Everything will be kept strictly secret here….
