On assumption several other Hemisphere countries recognize Ecuadorean junta by July 30–31 U.S. Government planning extend recognition July 31. You are requested informally consult host government re above timing and any developments their plans on recognition. Action posts other than BA, Santiago and Rio may also say U.S. understands Argentina, Chile and Brazil considering recognition by July 31.
