Your November 14, 9 a.m. It is impossible for Receivership to make advances for a greater sum than $5,000 daily.

Department expects Jiménez and Velásquez to pledge themselves in writing to recognize position of Comptroller and to turn over to Receivership collection of internal revenues. In this way receipts and disbursements will be controlled.

Department regards it as essential that Johnston’s new budget shall not exceed income.
