The following telegram has been received from Henry, Puerto Plata:

Nautilus has ordered discontinuance artillery by both sides. The situation outwardly same but Bordas probably weakening.

Henry also wires Arias is in Puerto Plata with several hundred soldiers. Reenforcements for Bordas leaving here to-morrow night.
