Disturbing rumors Santo Domingo to be attacked. Small revolutionary group operating within a few miles from city. Jose Perez, one of the men who killed Caceres, led an attack last night near Haina bridge, ten miles from here. Perez’ presence gives color to the constant claim that Vidal will rise. I believe Vidal waits to be sure American Government will not interfere.
