Department’s June 18, 6 p.m. Foreign Secretary Fabela replies that First Chief of the Constitutionalists has directed General Aguilar that he should report to him about the matter and recommended with much interest that he should impart protection to the property referred to belonging to Americans in the Panueo-Topila region.
