Have just received following from Brazilian Minister:
Have taken necessary steps subject your cable this day and those sent through British Legation by Admiral Craddock. Minister Foreign Affairs with full agreement Minister of War has cabled most complete orders for release persons stated by same cables as in prison or persecuted Cordoba, Guanajuato. May add that up to present moment Mexican Government have shown themselves quite willing to comply with my request.
