Your 7992, May 29, 4 p.m. I find British Government in complete accord with your attitude. They have so informed Beading by cable. The fear was expressed that some misunderstanding had arisen owing to the fact that Sir Maurice de Bunsen had conferred only with the French Minister at Rio, but it was added with emphasis that this was so solely because an interview had not been accorded him by Morgan.1
