Charter contract for ex-German vessels signed this afternoon will be handed to Congress today. Minister of Foreign Affairs expects that it will pass Senate Wednesday, from there must go to House of Representatives.2 Referring to article 10 of contract, what arrangements have been made as to payment of the advance on charter price for repairs?
