Consul at Cape Haitien reports that rebels broke open and pillaged safe of the custom house yesterday. Gunboat Pacifique sailed on Tuesday carrying ammunition and soldiers to Gonaives, whence they will proceed to [Cape Haitien?] by land. Ministers of War and Interior have gone to north.
