Recognition of this Government last night and today by Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia,52 Uruguay, Guatemala. Today upon personal invitation Generals Carranza and Obregon reviewed about 20,000 troops of General Obregon. Prior to review General Obregon received news fall of Guaymas, last port held by Villa.
