Mexico, December 5, 1914, 11 p.m.

The Permanent Commission⁷¹ today decided to call a full meeting of the Convention for January 1st. At that meeting thirty accredited Zapata delegates will participate.

The Commission criticized President Gutiérrez for some of his appointments. Leading members of the Commission for this reason predict the designation of another provisional president during the first week of January.
