Aguascalientes, November 5, 1914, 11 p.m.

The Convention to-day received telegram from Carranza insisting on his conditions, and telegram from Obregón asking for an extension of time for Carranza so as to date the twenty days of Gutiérrez as Provisional President from his assumption of office. It was decided to send Carranza. telegraphic ultimatum that he deliver the Executive Power to Gutiérrez by November 10, 6 p.m. General Gutiérrez will take the oath of office to-morrow.
