The Convention to-day approved the committee report outlined in my October 30, 11 p.m., and a committee of six was named to visit Carranza and officially inform him of Convention’s action; Villa will be similarly informed. Villa telegraphed President Gutiérrez this morning reiterating allegiance and placing himself under his orders.
