Special Agent Canova to the Secretary of State.

Aguascalientes, October 15, 1914, 9 a.m.

The Convention met this afternoon and decided to telegraph General Zapata and Governor Maytorena to suspend all hostilities. In stead of telegraphing Zapata invitation to attend Convention as a delegate, out of courtesy the Convention appointed a committee to invite him; they will leave tonight.
