In reply I have the honor to enclose herewith, for your information, a copy of a telegram which the Department despatched on September 22 to the Brazilian Minister at Mexico City in connection with these matters.

The Department will be glad to take up the other matters mentioned in your letter when a reply is received from the Brazilian Minister.
