As stated in my No. 96, July 24, the President appointed today as his delegates to the conference with the Constitutionalists the following: General Lauro Villar, Chief Justice of the Supreme Military Court, and Licenciado David Gutiérrez Allende, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Mexico, who will leave tomorrow morning accompanied by one secretary.
