Conference tomorrow for selection of Provisional President with Bordas, Vasquez, Jiménez, Vidal and Velásquez represented. Small leaders will speak through them. All armed activities have ceased. The outlook for agreement tomorrow good. Expect to wire name of Provisional President for your advice tomorrow and if approved induct him into office on Monday if possible.
