Spanish Ambassador informs the Department that he has received information that Constitutionalists at Zacatecas have shot three priests and expelled about twenty and that several sisters of Saint Therese of whom some are Spanish are in hiding at that place.

Bring to attention of Carranza with renewed suggestion as to advisability of moderate and kind treatment of persons connected with religious organizations.
