My Dear Mr. Secretary: I have just received a telegram from the Fathers of San Fernando Cathedral, San Antonio, Texas, informing me that Bishop Segura and Father Vilalta, the last a Spanish subject, have been imprisoned by the Constitutionalists at Tepic.
I beg to call your attention to the matter and to request your good offices with the Constitutionalists in order to obtain the release of these two priests.
