Department’s March 13. Am informed by General Obregon whose brother-in-law is manager of Almada Sugar refineries that plant belongs to Almada, was sold on option to American company who did not comply with conditions and was returned to Almada about two months before Obregón took Culiacán. Have wired Governor Eiveros for full information and will wire answer.
