General Cándido Aguilar to-day sent communication to Huasteca Petroleum Company placing company war tax at $100,000. Complete copy this second demand being forwarded by mail. As yet have received no answer to letter sent to General Aguilar but copy issued was read to-day over telephone to his representative at Juan Casiano when he presented these second demands.
