Your July 4. Consul, Tampico, reports that local authorities have not yet received orders to accept New York exchange at prevailing rate. Confer with Hanna and request that such order be repeated at once and that it also be sent Tuxpam authorities since Consul states that production taxes in Panuco Topila fields must be paid in Tuxpam July 15.
