Decree issued yesterday, first annuls suspensions of all newspapers and magazines, second reserves Government’s right to limit liberty of press for reasons of security, third prevents future suspensions except by special decree or for reasons of public order, fourth liberates all newspapermen arrested under emergency provisions of state of siege excepting those facing trial.
Nevertheless Daily Tribuna of Rosario was suspended indefinitely yesterday.
