operational priority

Secret and personal number 328 from the President to the Former Naval Person for the King.

I accept with appreciation your invitation to occupy quarters jointly with our friend during our scheduled conference. I well remember a delightful visit there with Lord Tweedsmuir, but I hope I will not have to make another speech in French.2
