69. Department’s 33, June 28, 1 p.m.65 Haitian Government authorizes ship of the Pan American Airways to make contemplated flight. Permission also granted to use local Marine Corps’ landing field for this flight. The question of the Government granting permission for establishment of a regular service by this company will be considered but anticipate no difficulty in this regard.
