Your 65, July 25, 4 p.m. The Minister for Foreign Affairs says that President Leguia will submit to the Peruvian Congress on July 28 a project for establishing an Embassy at Santiago and that Congress will act upon it after July 31 when it has completed its organization, but that the President cannot name an Ambassador until the position has been legally created.
