Your opinion is desired as to whether it would be advisable to assign Logan,7 or some other member of the American Unofficial Delegation, to the Embassy at Paris. Such person could keep in touch with the Commission and handle American interests now pending before the Commission and questions which might arise in the future. Your opinion is also desired as to whether Reparation [Page 11] Commission files should be transferred to Embassy or brought to Washington.

Department desires to be informed regarding date of your sailing and assumes you will come to Washington for conference.
