The Italian Embassy to the Department of State
The Arbitration Convention of March 28, 1908 between Italy and the United States was renewed, by an Agreement between the two countries signed on May 28, 1913,2 for a period of five years.
The Royal Italian Government, in view of the fact that the said period will expire on January 22nd, 1919, would be pleased to renew the Convention again for the duration of five years.
