90. President Carbajal has sent strict orders to all military commanders throughout regions under their control not to execute prisoners under any consideration. He will order that railway line over gap between Tejeria and Tembladeras be repaired and that mail service be properly reestablished. He will also order that Washington’s statue be replaced on its pedestal in Plaza de Dinamarca as a proof of Mexican culture.
