Demonstration resulting from Costa Rican boundary decision of Justice White, which parties and newspaper opposed to Porras administration began inciting yesterday, took place tonight; seemingly unsuccessful. Crowd visited presidential mansion and Costa Rican consulate; dispersed by police. Panaman President accused of lack of attention and capability in handling case. American Legation not visited. National Assembly is being called upon to demand reopening of the case.
