German Embassy transmits report that Constitutionalists have confiscated warehouse and goods of German firm Eversbusch at Tampico, and that Germans are subject to forced contributions.

Stating that this is done at request of German Embassy, ask Carranza to order restoration of Eversbusch’s property and that Germans be not subjected to forced contributions.
