British Ambassador communicated on February 21 a telegram from Mrs. Benton praying that her husband’s body be recovered before decomposition sets in.

Unofficially inform Villa that the failure to deliver body is being made the basis of speculation and bitter criticism. Request that he give immediate orders that body be delivered up to relatives or to Collector of the Port of El Paso.
