Spanish Ambassador informs Department that despite Villa’s assurances regarding protection of foreign property, Constitutionalist forces under Tomas Urbina have confiscated the Desengaño mine at Guanacevi, Durango, belonging to Rodriguez Brothers, Spanish subjects. Use best efforts to secure restitution of this property.
