Your January 6. Inform King contents Department’s January 5, and also that Department has directed American Consul, Chihuahua, to investigate and report as to killing of two Spanish subjects. You will be informed regarding report.

Consul, Hermosillo, reports that Constitutionalist leaders have heard no complaint of mistreatment Spaniards, Parral, but are investigating by telegraph.
