Burt, American citizens, owning bakery Guadalajara, known as “Cía Galletera Nacional “report that Constitutionalist authorities have imposed forced loan five thousand pesos, and these Americans desire postponement time limit to pay until they can reach Guadalajara by steamer sailing California for Manzanillo September 26.

Endeavor to secure desired postponement, and in reporting result of your efforts, state briefly facts regarding nature of loan imposed.
