Consular Agent, Tuxpam, reports that Federal authorities Tuxpam have demanded payment 70,000 Mexican dollars from business men and foreign companies, offer as excuse that Federal troops have not been paid and that there is reason to fear that they will join revolutionists. Amount collected and receipts given January 7th.
