Mexican Petroleum Company and Huasteca Petroleum Company, Casiano, seventy miles south of Tampico, report that General Aguilar has demanded $100,000 from them.

Bring to attention of Carranza and informally request him to issue orders to Aguilar to withdraw this demand and cease molesting these American companies.
