We are much pleased to learn of your successful efforts to secure train for Americans desiring to leave Mexico; also gratified to know that General Huerta has given assurance of protection so far as his forces are concerned to foreigners returning to Tampico District for the care of the oil wells. General Carranza has also promised protection where he is in control.
