Mr. Moffat reports that the Madriz forces under Gen. Rivas, numbering 700, attacked and were defeated by Mena at Granada; that the attack resulted in complete rout; and that Rivas was killed. Adds that the revolutionaries intend immediate advance upon Masaya.
