398. Message From Prime Minister Macmillan to President Eisenhower

Attached to a June 16 note from Caccia to the President, which stated that he had been asked to deliver the message as soon as possible. It was received at the White House during the afternoon of June 16. According to the President Caccia came to the White House that evening and the President inquired about this note.
