Secto 547. Repeated information Moscow 152. Kuznetsov has invited me and several members USDel to lunch tomorrow and I have accepted.1 I intend avoid substantive discussion insofar as possible, listening to whatever he has to say, and as necessary reiterating our substantive positions. However if Department desires I make any specific points, would appreciate instructions.2
