Russians arrived at 8:40 and left at 10:30. Molotov was described as genial and mellow and conversation as vague and general. Laloy remarked that Molotov was in same relaxed mood that he had first observed at Berlin. French thought that Molotov had given slight indication growing impatience at length of Geneva sojourn.
