Tedul 65. Personal for Under Secretary from Secretary. I hear the finest reports of the way you have taken hold of the Geneva task. Certainly it is a tough one. But you should know that the President and I are delighted with the way you are tackling it. At the moment of dictating this, we await anxiously the results of the vote in Paris.2 Best regards.
